Since 2012, we have been part of the close-knit wine community of Serralunga d'Alba, the quintessential Barolo village.
From our casa in the heart of Piedmont, we join winemakers to taste the latest vintages and frequently hop into our old Jeep to secure the last few bottles of a special wine.
It is precisely these personal contacts and short lines of communication that make our selection so special. Only the wines that we are truly enthusiastic about ourselves earn a place in our online shop.
All our wines are therefore hand-selected. We work exclusively with winemakers who know their vines one by one, respect the terroir, and produce wines that we ourselves love to drink, share, and cellar.
BAROLO & CO is not an ordinary wine webshop, but a direct connection to the vineyards of Piedmont.

With care, personal attention, and immense kindness, Nicolaas and Esmaralda from Barolo & Co organized a perfect, personalized multi-day wine tour this spring. Heading out with Nicolaas to visit his wine-producing friends is an absolute experience that you wouldn't easily be able to have on your own without their guidance. Complemented by enjoyable dinners and a great time together. Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended for every Italy or wine lover.
