Grape varieties

From our house in Serralunga we look out over vineyards full of Nebbiolo, the grape of Barolo. Alongside this famous grape, many more varieties grow in the Langhe and the Roero: Barbera and Dolcetto for suppler red wines, and Arneis and Nascetta for white wine. The rare Pelaverga and Albarossa have also found their place in this patchwork of vines. Click on a grape for the full story.
