Yes, we live for a large part of the year in the Barolo village of Serralunga d'Alba. According to the experts (and us!), that is the village where the finest Barolo wine comes from.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time for my order?
Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. For orders over € 99, shipping within the Netherlands is free. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
To which countries do you ship wine?
Barolo.co.nl mainly ships within the Netherlands and Belgium but offers the possibility to place orders from the following European countries: Germany, Italy, Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and Poland.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code. With this, you can easily track your wine delivery online right to your door.

We pay a great deal of attention to the safe delivery of wine. Every order is carefully packed in sturdy wine packaging specifically developed for shipping bottles. This protects the bottles against bumps, shocks, and damage during transport.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within the statutory cooling-off period, provided the bottles are unopened and in their original condition. Always contact us first for instructions.
What should I do if my wine arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately and, if possible, send photos of the damage. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
