Cru (MGA) Perno

Perno is the third largest cru in Barolo and covers the entire frazione (municipality) of Perno. It is roughly subdivided into an east and west flank of equal size. On the east flank bordering Serralunga are the subzones Ceretta and Disa from which our own Oreste makes its Barolo Perno and Perno Riserva and from the great Santo Stefano on the west flank comes the Barolo of the same name from Cascina Tiole.
