Returns Policy

If the agreement between you and Barolo & Co is considered a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the wine without providing any reason.

To do so, please use the withdrawal form.

After your withdrawal, you must return the wines within 14 days to:

Always keep a proof of postage as evidence that you have returned the items on time.

The costs of return shipment are at your expense, unless we agree otherwise with you.

If reasonably possible, please return the wines in their original condition, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.

If the product has diminished in value because you used it more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product, we may deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
