A bold Chardonnay from Piemontese soil. Only aged in stainless steel, making it very fresh with a touch of earthiness. Beautiful tropical fruit and honey, with a pleasant bitterness at the end. Dry and full-bodied finish.

Principiano G & F
Nestled at the foot of the Barolo appellation, the fourth-generation winery Principiano is an undiscovered gem, yet to be fully embraced by Nebbiolo enthusiasts, but with a promising future ahead. Giuseppe and his son Francesco run the estate with passion and love, preferring to work in the vineyards rather than promote their wines at events.
They own about 8 hectares of vineyards within the municipalities of Monforte and Serralunga, producing part of their harvest under their own label and selling the rest as sfusi (bulk) wine. They follow traditional methods and age their wines in large Slavonian oak casks (botte) of 25Hl. Their portfolio features a range of wines that truly express the terroir, with precise, bold wines that leave a lasting impression.
